Choledocholithiasis is the presence of stones in common bile duct (CBD). post-cholecystectomy rare. Nonetheless, this a report 40-year-old woman who was presented with severe epigastric pain high-grade fever, tea-coloured urine, pale stool, and jaundice. She had history pangastritis cholecystectomy two years ago.This case describes significant diagnostic dilemma choledocholithiasis, particularly patient pain. The diagnosis choledocholithiasis missed as early symptoms are similar to those pangastritis. Therefore, treatment for delayed.
